I am a dedicated data scientist with a robust academic and professional background in developing data-driven solutions. Throughout my tenure at Deloitte Consulting, I have led programs for government clients with a focus on Scaled Agile Framework IT Transformation, financial management, and program management. I hold a MS in Data Science from Northwestern University and two Bachelors degrees from Duke University, where I double-majored in Statistics and Economics. Senior Consultant - Deloitte Consulting

Senior Consultant – Department of Veterans Affairs - Managerial Cost Accounting Office Transformation

  • Served as the lead data scientist for a financial transformation program focused on improving the accuracy, transparency, and utility of the VA’s cost accounting information, supporting decision-making processes within the VA, and enhancing the quality of care provided to veterans
  • Leveraged SQL, Python, and Power BI to construct a data pipeline that modernizes the VA’s methodology for aligning all its costs to medical procedures and that provided the structural foundation for interactive Power BI dashboards designed to empower VA decision-makers

Senior Consultant – USAID Onboarding Redesign Team

  • Coordinated with over 100 client stakeholders and led a functional team in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) design, development, testing, and release of the new IT Onboarding Tool in ServiceNow for USAID
  • Reduced the onboarding cycle time by 58% for over 300 USAID new hires per year

Consultant – USAID Executive Resources Offboarding Team

  • Oversaw a team of four staff and collaborated with 80 stakeholders to gather 2,400 offboarding clearances to enable 100 offboarding Executive Resources to receive their final paychecks

Consultant – USAID Organizational Performance Management Team

  • Synthesized information elicited from 10 USAID Centers into a four-year Human Capital Operating Plan (HCOP) that described the scope and timeline of 174 projects that aligned to USAID’s strategy
  • Led USAID’s institution of a data-driven HRStat program through which the Chief Human Capital Officer reported USAID’s progress toward achieving Agency strategic objectives to the Agency’s Administrator

Team Lead - USAID Human Resources Transformation Well-being and Inclusion Team

  • Defined the team’s strategy and led a team of 12 staff in organizing 22 well-being and inclusion events

Consultant – USAID Program Management Office

  • Oversaw the financial, organizational performance management, compliance, and SAFe program management needs for USAID’s $65 million Agile Human Resources Transformation
  • Organized and delivered 11 professional development trainings for 50 attendees about an array of topics, including data security, Agile software development, risk management, and key performance indicators

Proposal Pricing Lead and Writer – Deloitte Proposal Teams

  • Served as the Pricing Lead for three proposals valued at $5 billion by creating financial models and reports
  • Wrote about how Deloitte’s expertise positioned the firm to meet clients’ needs in eight proposals

Consultant – Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Program Management Office

  • Managed the finances for a $30 million program focused on improving the quality of care in nursing homes
